Indications: Intense excercise causes a significant decrease in skeletal muscle energy levels. Ribose is a powerful cellular energy source that is naturally occuring and found in all cells of the body. Supplementing with the high quality ribose and electrolytes in Ribolyte may assist with restoring depleated energy levels after intense exercise.
Dosage: Add 100ml per 1L of drinking water (1pt per gal). Use before and after each race. Each pump delivers 2ml.
